There's one more opportunity to enjoy some special musically-focused events here at the Cathedral, as well as at other nearby downtown churches:

• Sunday, December 11 - the annual Downtown Christmas Pilgrimage - Organized by the downtown churches, this annual musical walk from church to church is a wonderful way to celebrate the joy of the Christmas season. Beginning at 5:30 pm at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, the pilgrimage winds its way to the other churches along the following schedule:
  • 6 pm First United Methodist Church
  • 6:30 pm First Presbyterian Church
  • 7 pm St. Joseph Cathedral
  • 7:30 pm St. James Episcopal Church
  • 8 pm First Baptist Church
